Welcome to the allpay Broadband website

The installation was quick and efficiently carried out. The service has been reliable and when a failure has occurred the repair has been remedied quickly. Queries have been responded to efficiently and I have been kept informed until the query has been resolved. The service is provided at an extremely fair price. Allpay have responded to a local need where the larger telecommunications companies (BT) have failed to provide a service in line with the Government's requirements for Nationwide provision of Broadband. I wish them all the best of success and they appear to be one company who have shone during the recession.

I am a Design Manager, and part time IT Manager for TJ Crump Oakwrights based at Swainshill, 4 miles West of Hereford.
We build oak-framed houses and outbuildings all over the UK, occasionally Europe (mostly The Netherlands) and further afield. We use state-of-the-art computer aided and integrated design and manufacturing facilities (and some very talented people) to produce bespoke structures for over 100 traditional and contemporary homes each year.
Unfortunately this technology means that we are very reliant on the ability to communicate remotely with clients, architects, contractors and our own site crews and field based Sales Managers. We have large files of drawings and photographs to send and receive, lots of emails, and a customer relationship system that is accessed remotely. Being 5 miles from the nearest exchange in Hereford meant that our standard ADSL connection via PlusNet on a BT line struggled to cope with our needs. This limitation was particularly affecting the ability of our Sales Managers to perform as an integrated team with access to the latest company information.
Over the course of several years we investigated higher performing methods of connecting to the outside world. These all proved to be very expensive versus the additional performance they could give us. We looked at bonded ADSL lines, leased lines, 3G mobile connections, satellite... and we basically accepted the fact that despite the many advantages of basing our business in Herefordshire, we were not going to join the 21st century for a few years yet.
However, after noticing an article on allpay and wireless broadband via church towers in the Hereford times in late 2009 our MD Tim Crump contacted them. A meeting at our premises was quickly arranged and it appeared that because of the sighting of our new workshop it provided an ideal site to distribute wireless broadband. It looked like a win-win situation; Oakwrights could get a higher performing connection, and allpay could use it as a hub. The likely cost also looked affordable, which was nice.
During 2010 the staff at allpay did many tests and installations to prove the initial proposal, and finally in October last year we had a rock solid connection with, most importantly, a high upload speed to support our Sales team. During this time the allpay team were always constructive, flexible and supportive; I'd like particularly mention Jon Norman who came to our premises many times to test and commission the final system.
As a Manager in a medium sized rural based business I have several hats to wear and many things to worry about. One of these worries has now gone away because of a great example of two local firms working together."

When we heard that our existing wireless broadband provider was pulling out we in Allensmore had to decide whether to try and run the system ourselves or find someone reliable to do it for us. We were so grateful to Adrian and Johnathan from Allpay for all the help and advice they gave us prior to us making our decision. It was clear to us that Allpay were committed to providing a long-term, reliable infrastructure, so the decision to ask them to take up the broadband reins was an easy one. We now get twice the previous download speed for half the previous cost. What’s not to be happy about?!

allpay Broadband has been extremely reliable, much more so than the slower ADSL service I had before. The engineers couldn’t have been more helpful during setup. I've never needed to call support as the service has been flawless!
